2753 EMPTY CHAIRS--TRIBUTE TO 9/11



They put  2753 empty chairs on Bryant Park. All chairs face to Ground Zero. The feeling is so overwhelming. I felt empty, numb and shocked! Just like 10 years ago today!!!

Chaos & Dynamism of New York City

This is my new project. It is called "Chaos & Dynamism of NYC". Most of times NYC is so crowded and claustrophobic. It feels suffocating. When I walk I pass by so many personalities. Emotions, face impressions and outfits are priceless. These photographs are intense. For this project my inspiration is German expressionist paintings. Colors are saturated and rich. Backdrop is NYC's sky with amazing colorful buildings. For this project, I walk towards to people instead of waiting at the corner for perfect decisive moment. (Sorry Henri Cartier-Bresson!) I keep camera at low point and constantly walk. I think this technic can create more dynamic pictures. Hope you all will enjoy these photographs.
